Published tariffs and promotional packages are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a reservation is confirmed and guaranteed, the contracted rate is locked for the booked period.

The hotel reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking in cases where erroneous pricing or system malfunction has generated an illegitimate tariff quote.

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a dignified, orderly manner that respects the comfort, peace, and security of fellow hotel patrons and staff.

Possession of illicit substances, hazardous materials, or illegal items is strictly prohibited on hotel premises.

SVM Grand Hotel reserves the right to refuse admission or request immediate checkout, without liability for refund, to any individual whose conduct is deemed threatening, abusive, or detrimental to the safety and well-being of others.

Complimentary electronic digital safes are installed in all guest rooms and suites for the safekeeping of laptops, cash, and personal valuables.

SVM Grand Hotel disclaims liability for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items, currency, jewelry, or electronics left unattended in public areas or within guest rooms outside the safe.

Vehicles parked in the hotel's on-site valet or open parking bays are parked at the owner's risk.

All website text, architectural photography, logo marks, graphics, user interface designs, and branding assets are the exclusive intellectual property of SVM Grand Hotel.

No material from this website may be downloaded, republished, mirrored, or exploited for commercial use without express written consent.

The hotel shall not be deemed in breach of contract or liable for compensation if performance is prevented or delayed by circumstances beyond reasonable control ('Force Majeure'), including natural disasters, flooding, severe weather, governmental lockdowns, strikes, or municipal utility interruptions.

In all events, the maximum liability of SVM Grand Hotel towards any guest shall be capped at the actual amount received from the guest for the specific stay or event booking.

These Terms and Conditions and any contractual disputes arising between guests and SVM Grand Hotel shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India.

The competent civil courts situated in Hyderabad/Secunderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising hereunder.
